Love is love is love

February 5th, 2010

This month I am taking part in Gala Darling’s Radical Self Love Challenge!

Starting today by getting a Radical Self Love Bible & finding a totem.

I say, it’s time to romance yourself. It’s time for the greatest love affair you will ever know. It’s time for a personal revolution. I say, you deserve to be your own darling! Get enchanted! Bewitch yourself! I say, if not now, when?

Let’s get busy adoring ourselves.” -Gala Darling

If you haven’t already, you should check out The Playgirl’s Guide To Radical Self-Love & join me & all of the other beautiful people in this positive experience. <3

Now I’m off to find a totem. :)

late night thoughts

February 4th, 2010

Hmm…
I would like to put up all my ideas, thoughts, & likes but I seem to have too many of them that clash. Maybe another site or blog will do?

Well, I’m going to upload some posts that have been put on the back burner. Depending on the feedback I’ll decide whether to change the site or make another one :).

“So this is the new year”

January 2nd, 2010

To some people a new year is just another day, no fresh start, nothing new. But to most it’s a new beginning. It makes sense to me since everyday is new & different. Yes you might still go to that same boring (or for you lucky folks awesome) job, wearing those same ol’ shoes of yours, same, same..but it’s still different than the last day. Maybe you had a better dinner. Or someone nice smiled & opened the door for you, maybe saved the elevator.

My point is, it is a new year. That IS why the number is different right? It’s not called 2009-1. It’s 2010 & Like Miss Gala Darling said Amen.

Alright onward to the fun stuff!

**Here is a really helpful article to help you plan more for the year By Gala Darling: Getting Organised for 2010** In this article she says it is better to word your goals as if they are already happening. In the present! :) Good idea, so I’m going to try it.

This year I am..
1. Actually using my gym membership more instead of pretending I workout. :) Oh & eating healthier. I will tame those french fry & chocolate covered gummy bear cravings.. well no I still want those.

2. Being More Organized. Gosh darn-it if I got a penny for every time I made this goal I’d have 10 dollars. That is a movie ticket guys! But with the help of a new calendar & Moleskin it should be easier.

3. Starting my career. Graphic Design, music, poetry. There’s so much to achieve!

Things I’m Excited about!

Movies: District 13: Ultimatum, Alice in Wonderland,  Iron Man 2, The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, The Last Airbender, Rapunzel, The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dream, The Green Hornet.

Events: Muse concert & Coachella. Enough Said. ;)
